When I first started listening I hadn't read your "author comment" and about 30 seconds in I felt this overwhelming sensation of nostalgia. Then I read your comment! HAHA this song reminds me of good times and tons of quarters spent in the arcade.
As for your interpretation on it... Excellent! Brings a sense of discovery and adventure to heart.

Excellent timing with the instrumentation. This song has a great feeling of hope and serenity. It would fit great as a song for a epic movie trailer or to some fantasy style game.
